Villa Portaria is an independent house of 200m² that has been constructed according to the traditional architecture of mountain Pelion villages, with many windows to the south, that give sunlight to every corner of the house and a wonderful sea view of Pagasitikos Gulf.

On the upper floor of 45m², there is the main bedroom with a double bed, the  main bathroom and another living room (which it can be used as a seperate bedroom, with twin beds)

	On the middle floor of 80m2, there are, a double bedroom, a w.c.–shower, a spacious living room, furnished in a very comfortable style, (stereo, t.v., video), the fire place  and the dinning table.

 
There is also a fully equipped kitchen  which leads on, to a large terrace with pergola and open sea view
 

On the lower floor of 75m²,  there is an independent studio with a bedroom, the living room with its sofa - beds , a kitchen corner and a w.c.- shower.

The house can easily accommodate 6-8 persons (families or friends)
