Villa Portaria is an independent house of 200m2 that has been constructed according to the traditional architecture of mountain Pelion villages, with many windows to the south, that give sunlight to every corner of the house and a wonderful sea view of Pagasitikos Gulf.

On the upper floor of 45m2, there is the main bedroom with a double bed, the main bathroom and another living room (which it can be used as a seperate bedroom, with twin beds)

There is also a fully equipped kitchen which leads on, to a large terrace with pergola and open sea view
On the lower floor of 75m2, there is an independent studio with a bedroom, the living room with its sofa - beds , a kitchen corner and a w.c.- shower.
The house can easily accommodate 6-8 persons (families or friends)
